1. PWR suit EMS

The PWR suit EMS is ergonomically designed and use conductive materials to contact body (arm/leg/neck/waist/back/hip, etc...) for training.

2. Wireless controller energy box

The controller will send signals to your muscles from conductive silver fabric/silicone pads to contact it. It is rechargable with a fully charging time about 20 minutes.

3. Charging cable

Connect the controller box to charging cable, plug USB end to the slots. Make sure to use only the cable we provided.

1 - Bluetooth

To display how many blue-tooth devices are connect now:

• Mbody- is the nicknames of corresponding power boxes.
• Gray is searched but not connected to Bluetooth, orange is connected.
• You need to click the corresponding blue-tooth icon to connect device, besides you can slide the blue-tooth icon at left or right to delete corresponding device.
• To connect devices: click left Mbody Bluetooth to see to Bluetooth devices.
• Bluetooth state: Gray is searched but not connected to Bluetooth, orange is connected.
• How to connect Bluetooth: Gray Bluetooth click on the Bluetooth name or Bluetooth icon to connect.
• How to cancel connection: slip the Bluetooth icon at right or left to cancel connection.

3 - How to choose operation devices

Click the Bluetooth name to select or cancel, (default adjustment after Bluetooth connection).

4 - How check user information

• Click adjustment area’s user Bluetooth avatar to check user information.
• The current user name is displayed on the far right. You can swipe horizontally to switch to other user operation pages.

Note

• Only the selected device can be adjusted the intensity, but all Bluetooth device’s time and frequency will be adjusted together.

5 - The output part

• The 10 sets of icons correspond to 10 different output parts, you can select the corresponding parts to switch adjustable state; the white icons mean off, and the orange icon is adjustable (APP default state is adjustable)
• Unadjustable state: when adjusting the output strength, the white icon will not be adjusted.
• Adjustable state: when adjusting the output strength, the white icons can be adjusted
• Percentage icon will show corresponding part’s intensity level now.
• There are 10 output icons to control corresponding parts, including “chest” “biceps” “triceps” “back” “waist” “side waist” “abdominal” “hip” “front thigh” “back thigh”.

6 - Individual connection parts

• - How to control individual part: click only one connect icon, then adjust it.
• - Exit individual part’s work: click the corresponding part again to cancel control.
• - Under this condition, the strength of the specified part can be adjusted, and other time and frequency can not be adjusted.
• - Select all icon: click it to make all connected parts access adjustable or non-adjustable state
• - Start icon: click it to start or pause your training, you also can set at ime ,then the time run out, the device will pause.
• - Frequency adjust area: Support the frequency regulation range of 5-100hz, the minimum adjustment scale is 1hz. The icon +/- supports click and press to increasing or decreasing.
• - Time adjustment area: Support the adjustment range is 1-60 min, the minimum adjustment scale is 1 min.The icon +/- supports click and press to increasing or decreasing time.
• - Intensity adjust area: Support adjustment range 0-100%,the minimum adjustment scale is 1%.The icon +/- supports click and press to increasing or decreasing.
• - Waveform selection zone: Sin wave, triangle wave, square wave, saw-tooth wave and exponential wave.

Note

• Bluetooth: Support Bluetooth V5.0
• Standby function: The controller enter standby mode when APP not connected blue light start blink, standby time 180 s, then it shut off automatically.
• Charging: The controller don’t output during charging, red light constanly; red light off after full charging.
• Low Power Alert: Red light blink and shut of after 30s

7 - The output part selected

When selecting the output icon, the corresponding parts are orange, and the non-selected parts are white.

8 - Energy box

Long press the power box on/off button. The blue light blinks to wait for Bluetooth connection,When the device is connected to the APP, the indicator light is steady blue,When the red light flashes during use, it indicates low power. Please charge the device in time.

• Power box installation must be completely clamped with the base, do not adjust the strength without good connection.
